DIGITAL ADMIN (Data System report)

Full job description

Perform tasks specializing in updating data statistics every day.
Update data reports on Facebook ads, Google ads, Tiktok ads, Social media, Display network etc advertising campaigns, by Day, Week, Month, Quarter.
Track performance metrics from advertising campaigns, providing data warnings about inflation and inefficiencies in the use of advertising campaign costs.
Look for third-party services for digital marketing creative implementation.
Work directly with Agencies to monitor and compile data from Outsource parties Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Social media, Display network etc…
Implement, evaluate and measure the effectiveness of community plans on social chanel Telegram, Youtube short, X twitter, Instargram, Reel + Fanpage + Facebook Group. Tiktok.
Having an “aesthetic eye for designing banner publications, posters, videos” and the ability to create content is an advantage.
Coordinate with relevant departments, manage and monitor work progress and KPI targets committed.
Ability to self-study and good logical thinking at work.
Having basic skills in Digital marketing is an advantage. Understanding and using the tools google analytics, tagmanager, datastudio, similarweb, ahref, sermrush is a plus….
Support the Digital department to track and monitor advertising campaigns on Facebook ads, Google ads, Tiktok ads, Display network etc…
Search for information on new effective advertising channel sources for the company.

Proficient in using Excel and knowing a lot about statistical data analysis functions is an advantage.
Be careful, meticulous, and not careless in reviewing and checking data.
More qualified attitude, high responsibility at work, able to withstand high pressure at work.
Honesty, good security of data information when exposed.
Having experience in handling and negotiating advertising purchases with third parties will be an advantage.
Having worked in positions related to Digital Marketing, Social Media, DA, QC is an additional plus point.
Basic English for communication at work.
Ability to multitask and manage time well
Confident communication, good teamwork, enthusiasm in work and not afraid to learn and innovate.
