Full job description
- Manage campaign channels to deliver good performance, with the ability to deploy and set up ads on all channels. Effectively control campaigns that need to be prioritized according to set performance goals.
- Plan and monitor the implementation of all performance advertising campaign activities (mobile applications and websites) through display advertising channels, affiliate marketing, media….
- Manage and set up performance and branding advertising campaigns on channels: Facebook Ads, Google Adword, Adnetwork, CPD, Social Media, TVC, OOH…
- Work within budget and achieve committed target KPIs, keeping CAC at optimal levels.
- Manage and liaise with multiple suppliers and third parties to achieve KPI targets.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate against goals (ROI & KPI).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Able to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns brought in by users from many channels.
- Monitor anti-fraud reports in advertising campaigns and take coordinated actions with third parties to monitor and reduce fraud in digital marketing campaigns.
- Plan and create small-scale A-B testing campaigns to better optimize ad campaign performance.
- Recommend new digital channels that have the potential to effectively bring in new users.
Job Requirements
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the field of Digital Performance, (at least 03 years) with extensive experience implementing Performance campaigns in the fields of e-commerce, cryptocurrency online-travel, mobile-gaming, etc.
- Proficient in using Digital Ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Tiktok Ads, other Display network….
- Experience in managing conversion advertising campaigns.
- Have a basic understanding of running in-app ads and App Store optimization (ASO) and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Experience measuring and tracking optimal platform integrations (for mobile apps and websites) with third parties (e.g. Google, Facebook, Sizmek, Appsflyer)
- Understand and be creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that attract the most users.
- Good understanding of mobile attribution tools (e.g. Appsflyer).
- Understand the basics of mobile app installation fraud and its monitoring tools (e.g., Appsflyer Protect 360).
- Have basic understanding of setting up and optimizing goal & event Google Analytics, Tagmanager….
- Proficient in using tools like Similarweb, Ahref, Semrush, Google data studio, Power Bi….
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Being able to create meaningful reports using tools like Google Data Studio + Power Bi would be a plus.
- Having experience in handling and negotiating advertising purchases with third parties will be an advantage.
- Required to be able to communicate in basic English or better.
- Ability to multitask and manage time well.
- Confident communication, good teamwork, enthusiasm in work and not afraid to learn and innovate.
