Full job description

Support and cooperate with the product team to develop products according to appropriate project models.
Plan and manage software development teams for specific projects.
Train, guide and motivate team members to work most effectively.
Lead the team technically throughout the project development process.
Establish standards, processes and restructure systems, drive development with the team by applying best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders throughout the development process to manage and improve the product.
Research how the product can benefit the company from a business perspective.
Ensure product quality, manage and allocate resources to complete assigned work on time.
Monitor and develop strategic plans to identify and adjust aspects of the project that need improvement.
Evaluate and always update project progress and status.

Minimum 7 years of experience in software development with extensive understanding of both backend and frontend.
Have professional experience in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, PHP.
Proficient in frontend technologies such as ReactJS, VueJS, Angular.

Team leadership skills and experience applying Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methods such as TDD, continuous integration, pairing and infrastructure automation.
Skilled in writing high-quality, thoroughly tested code with object-oriented programming.
Ability to develop and have technical vision and focus on business value.
Understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker or Kubernetes.
Deep understanding of Design Pattern and Specially Adapter Pattern, especially Strategy Pattern.
Good communication skills, highly persuasive and self-development oriented.
Be willing to learn new knowledge, learn about tools and always access new technology to serve your work.
