Full job description
- Plan to develop social network communities for the company’s services and projects.
- Plan and deploy content for social media channels.
- Manage communities and interact with communities and customers.
- Monitor company and customer branding on social media.
- Collaborate with content and design staff to create new and attractive ideas and ways of presenting content to viewers.
- Coordinate with other departments/departments to carry out effective communication campaigns.
- Work with KOLs on product and brand marketing communication projects.
- Ensure content, images, videos on social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, X, Thread….)
- Monitor social media analytics to determine effectiveness, optimize, and change strategy when necessary.
- Report measuring each channel’s interactions weekly/monthly.
Job Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Understand and deeply understand Social media platforms
- Has built short media channels on platforms.
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked at agencies in advertising, communications, and MMO.
- Understanding social trends and regularly updating supporting platform tools.
- Have good aesthetic taste, creative, open-minded, regularly update new content design trends.
