Full job description

Analyze requirements data and check whether product features meet quality standards.
Perform daily tasks to check products for errors every day.
Create and maintain test cases to test errors on product feature cases on the system.
Develop and maintain a QA/QC Plan that meets internal and external testing requirements.
Ensure all product features used in the company meet required standards.
Regularly conduct inspections, quality checks and audits of all products and services.
Develop, implement and maintain internal quality procedures, policies and standards.
Technical support for departments to maintain and improve product and service quality.
Ensure that all QA/QC related documentation is updated and maintained.
Collect data, make statistics, analyze and report data, determine company and project targets.
Drafting Specs, Presentation, Document of QC team.

Graduated with a major in IT, Quality Management or other related majors.
Have at least 02 years of experience in quality management of software projects, websites, or project assistant, software project coordinator, website.
Priority is given to candidates who are doing QA/QC for projects of BPO companies for Facebook, Google, Tiktok ……
Have a good understanding of testing processes. Experienced in CMMi, Agile Scrum, Selenium/Robot Framework
Having experience in monitoring the progress and quality of CRM, ERP… implementation projects is an advantage
Ability to plan & execute work independently.
Good communication, proactive, high sense of responsibility at work, work closely.
Hardworking, careful, persistent and responsible at work. Attitude over Qualification.
Process building skills, report writing skills, clear presentation skills, proficient use of JIRA tools…..
Good procedural thinking and logical thinking
Ability to multitask and manage time well
Basic English communication, reading and understanding professional documents.
