Full job description
- Propose and coordinate with teams to implement Social Media campaigns in accordance with the company’s strategy for each product industry.
- Recommend KOLs/ KOCs/ Influencers suitable for communication campaigns and Content for company activities, work with KOLs/ KOCs/ Influencers to promote diffusion and achieve committed KPIs.
- Monitor and implement media KPIs on views, reach, engagement, likes, shares…. for each company campaign.
- Report work performance/activity/campaign for leads weekly/monthly/quarterly.
- Plan and write PR articles, Seeding, press releases, media stories related to company services, customer experience on Social.
- Work & stay connected with partners/Suppliers to improve the effectiveness of Social channels.
- Manage clear timelines and tasks related to Social Media channels and Media Campaigns.
- Manage and plan to deploy and build detailed content on social network channels: Facebook, Instagram Youtube, Tiktok, X twitter, Telegram…..
- Ability to coordinate projects and support each other well with design, production and collaboration teams related to ongoing projects.
- Monitor and support the brand team, digital marketing work for brand campaigns.
- Analyze social media metrics, track campaign performance, and create reports to measure strategy effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, new algorithms, tools and best practices to ensure effective campaign execution and keep your brand relevant.
- Research your audience, analyze industry trends and identify opportunities to interact with your target audience on short video platforms Tiktok, Facebook Reels, Youtube Short….
- Write content, shoot video, and collaborate with other teams to ensure content aligns with the brand’s message and visual identity.
- Effectively manage proposed budget costs to deliver reasonable committed KPIs with set campaign goals.
Job Requirements
- Ability to create a detailed Social Media Plan, manage Social infrastructure and think strategically about spreading information for products and brands.
- Ability to measure and analyze data, manage data from Social Media and Social-related channels.
- Experience using media measurement or analysis software
- Ability to analyze data and extract insights into emotional actions in video clips, to optimize social media strategies.
- Have good aesthetic taste, creative, open-minded, regularly update new design trends.
- Have knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Be responsible and proactive at work. Attitude is better than Qualification
- Good writing and communication skills, understanding social media management and strategies
- Ability to multitask and manage time well
- At least 2 years of experience in related field
- Confident communication, good teamwork, enthusiasm in work and not afraid to learn and innovate.
- Creative thinking, logical thinking and analysis.
- Candidates have experience in Content Marketing, Social Media (Facebook, Youtube, TikTok,…) or related fields, with 6 months or more experience preferred.
- English required (mainly Reading & Writing), Chinese is an advantage.
- Know how to create and edit basic images/videos to post on social networking platforms. For example: being able to use basic capcut.
